Aluminium enclosures - brushed finish

Fischer Elektronik have recently launched a new range of brush-finished decorative enclosures. Constructed of extruded aluminium body section and end-plates, this is specifically aimed at market sectors where appearance is paramount, such as audio amplifiers and similar niche products.

Each end-plate is individually milled to meet the highest decorative demands, with external faces ground to high standard. The overall appearance is further enhanced by delicate glass-bead blasting to provide extremely fine matted finish. Electronics and PCBs can be mounted internally using the integral slots, which correspond to standard Eurocard sizes for units, giving widths of either 100mm and 160mm.

Standard lengths are 110, 120, 160, 200 & 234mm, and panel thickness can be 6, 8 & 10mm, and finishes include black or clear anodised or a combination of the two, giving immense flexibility in the final end-product. As with most Fischer designs, other surface treatments and finishes are available, such as printing and RAL colours. Further, the ADG case can be provided with machining, milling or drilling to customer's specific design or drawing, offering a truly unique, eye-catching unit suitable for the most demanding of applications.
