TOLA Case Series
DAU Components & Fischer Elektronik introduce universal sheet metal cases with custom dimensions to their range!
The new TOLA cases consist of two galvanised sheet steel half-shells (1mm thickness), joined together with the aid of integrated lugs and only one or two fastening screws. The sockets with M3 internal thread, which are firmly integrated in the lower shell, are used for direct mounting of a PCB or mounting plate.
Case designs include integrated ventilation slots which benefits applications with high component density or devices with high power dissipation requirements.
The use of galvanised steel sheets with electrically conductive properties, closely spaced interlocked lower and upper shells enables the cases to be used for EMC purposes.
Achieved by powder-coated surfaces, the TOLA cases are available in three standard colours:
Ultramarine blue (similar to
RAL 5002)
Silver grey (similar to
RAL 7001)
Pearl white (similar to
RAL 1013)
Custom designs, dimensions, printing & machining are available for these cases as well as a standard range of sizes.
